damn that sucks well my right arm is still messed up but im lifting like that anyways i just lift less than before....

the clen is draining my energy this week... i feel like shit..... and I have missed my cardio two days cause I just dont hear the alarm go off....

nothing much bro... busted my left shoulder on Monday at the gym, besides that, I can still keep an eresion, drill the missy, well you get the point... lol! How is it going w/you besides screwing every hole that comes your way?

yep.... but at least some lifting some weight is better than lifting nothing.....

I did do a new record last night on the deadlifts i was able to lift 105 lbs woooo hooo.... thats a great record there considering that when i started i was only able to lift. 65 lbs.
