Not really either one.

I havent worked out for over 2 months.

So right now Im just easing back into it.

Doing cardio to get rid of some chub I accumulated over the last 2 months.

Once I feel like Im back in the groove... Ill hit a cycle hard and reevaluate where I want to go.
