You are trying to say there is no evidence that you are an atheist. So the simple question was asked....Are you an atheist?....it was a simple question, and definitely illustrates my point that libs do not answer direct questions....

Seperation of church and state is to be taken 100% literally. Government shoud be godless.

This has nothing to do with my view on God, I am a devout Catholic. It has to do with my views on politics and the fact that with the exception of eastern religions, (buddhism, hindu, et alia) religious groups will always find reasons to persecute one another. Put a religious group or even undertones of one into your government, and you're just asking for trouble.

If 85% of Americans are in one way or another Chritian in faith, why should the government that serves those persons, their interests and morals, be completely devoid of said religious faith? Separation of church and state, as stated in the U.S Constitution, is all to often misrepresnted and taken out of context. The founding fathers did not want a "Godless", atheist government. They did however relize, because of the rule of the Church of England, that there should not be a state sponsored\founded church. Faith should not be forced on the public.
