IMO decline is a total waste of time, it hit too much muscle. like anterior said, you should focus your chest day on incline. i dont split it up like arnold, mine looks more like 50% incline/50% flat. before that i was part of the no upper pec crewOriginally Posted by jimmyivory

funny that you say that, because my upper chest never really started to grow until after decline was incorporated. I figured it was from my delts taking most of the punishment.
If you lie on a slight incline and and contract high or like you WERE doing a to the neck press you can feel the decline contract the upper chest VERY WELL> at least I did.

Based on the picture what kind of aas whould be recommended for size and strength.
another question is there any way to know if you are bound to get acne from aas and what can be done to prevent it.
