If you fail, then move to plan B, which quite oxymoronically becomes the spontaneous plan. I would say somewhere in the middle of a social function, with a few in ya, drop everything, get to the gym, load up some metal, and hit it!

LOL... In case you haven't figured it out yet, Cannes... you know I'm just messin with ya.

Who said i weigh 200? I'm 5'10" so to even be competitive at a high level i would have to be ~220 off season which i am no where near/nor have i ever been near...and right now i am shrinking by the hour so i probably weigh 110 or something like that

And to superbeast: I totally agree with your statement about who practices what they preach...unfortunately, there are reasons why one chooses not to post pictures that have nothing to do with the way they look...it's very easy to find out where someone lives and really...who they are without even posting a picture....and due to the very nature of this board, not exactly a good idea for some people to do that

That being said, e-mail me if you want to see some pictures

I had to say this guys,

practice what you preach is understandable, but I post a good amount and Im not quite 170 (fairly small), but thats PARTIALY because I don't want to be a huge mofo, eventho seeing huge guys/gals is motivational and impressive. And I know Im not always right, but I don't think Im a making a fool of myslef. I've been reading on this board since april of last year and its come a LONG LONG way in the number of good members and information. I remember when there would be 5 questions a day on the steroid board!!

sorry about the babbling, but some people (like I) rely on what experienced members have said. I've collected all the information in my head from all the smart vets, mods, AND other members of this board over the last while and just trying to be helpful (because I enjoy learning nutrition, drugs, and changing my body for the better).

btw - superbeast, i no your not picking on anyone, but i dont "pretend" at all, Im really into fitness and keeping in shape. Just so you know.

sorry for complaining a bit, but I'd like to think Im atleast a bit helpful guys/gals eventho my goals arnt to be over 200 pounds

Actually the only mods that have access to the female forum are the Senior Mods (IG, Ranger, OJ, Mike, CYC and Jason). The forum mods have no access at all...which is exactly how it should be. So I did NOT see the member in question in the fmale forum and neither did CYC.

Well I be dam! I 've seen Pete's met Mugs and Jason personnally and have Tigeress. To be honest it would do all of them proud to have their pics up, however as Primodonna mentioned due to the sinsitive topics on the board and many of the various professions here at AR posting a pic COULD be very hazardous to peoples jobs, ect.

A few people here have seen some photots. And like Pete says, we have partied together quite a bit, Bert too. I don't know that I will ever put any up on the board. Maybe someday. But it's very unlikely that I will put any photos of my face up. Thanks for the votes though People.
