    dane you looking good bro,if i was you i would not cut down too much,im in the same shoes as you bro except im 6'2 278 @ 17 b/f wit 38 inch waist,and i get attention like you wouldn't believe, and if i cut down to 10% or even 12% b/f then i would not be nearly as big,in fact prolly thirty to forty pounds lighter,so i will sacrifice and stay big for the sake of my ego with my shirt on,peace

    those pics are VERY old.....i can't beleive we're revisiting this thread. i've cut down the b/f some and added a few more pounds. i've got a sus/deca/dbol/fina cycle coming up 4/1.

    Dane- Your definately packing alot of size and at 6-2 245lbs. you carry it quite well. I also think your being a teacher says alot for you. I have alot of respect for your profession. Teachers don't always get all the respect they deserve.
