mid-morning snack: a protein shake and some fruit or veggies. Make your shakes with milk and not just water.
Lunch: a loaf of whole grain bread and as much meat as you can hold in two hands. some vegetables. Go for variety on the veggies but try to get some broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and legumes like beans or green beans.
mid-afternoon: A protein shake or a sandwich with the meat piled on high
supper: as much meat as you can hold in two hands, some rice or potatoes, some nice vegetables, and whatever else you can shove down your throat.
evening: a snack of meat and cheese and a couple of boiled eggs. also a small serving of bread or crackers, and a nice glass of red wine. Total volume of food should be about what you can hold in two hands.
post-workout: (whenever that is) a protein shake and something sweet like a pie or cake or candy bar or several pieces of fruit. You can also nibble on something while you train, between sets, if you like.
Drink plenty of water... at least a gallon a day. Most gravies and sauces are rich in calories... use them.
THAT is your cycle. Repeat it every day. If you follow these dietary guidelines precisely, and you don't gain weight, I will kiss your ass on main street with tv cameras rolling. If you can't eat like that, don't bother ever using gear... any gains you make will be insignificant and will melt right off of you when you go off cycle. You must learn to eat!
As for gear, if you insist on using it, here is my recommendation: use whatever you like the name of, as much or as little as you want, for whatever length of time you want. It doesn't matter, because it simply won't work, whatever you use. Just pick something at random and guess at the dosage, because it doesn't matter what you do, with your starvation diet you will not gain.
