on a straight bench i warm up at 180 and can go upto 220 ....... but this is when i was normal now with superdrol run i maxed my warm up bench starting at 200 , but for some reason i only could max out 230 .............. although my goal is not to become super strong i like to maintain a lean physique with soem definition thats all !
p.s my weight is 178lbs so considering my body weight i am pushing out more , which is quite reasonable !
