    I have seen them.. I can see the difference in the way you look (your muscle definition) in some of your older pics to the ones you just posted. You have really cut up a lot.

    You look really good Mizfit. Im liking the back shots. There are posing videos at a lot of sites online. Theres a bunch over at bodybuilding.com..check it out. Keep up the good work, it definitely shows.
