    allways act in self defence. thats my opinion! and when you are acting in selfdefence you can do allot of damage, an the cops cant do shit about it

    Hmmmm I have to agree with Swole and crew....sounds pretty juvenile to me. Personally I hope you do some time but since it's your first offense you'll probably get some community service, a fine and some anger management.

    It's ok, even if he isn't put in jail, the guys that got assaulted have a great case for civil court. I wouldn't worry about the criminal part, he is going to go bankrupt for his stupidity along with his friends after they get done paying for all the hospital bills, pain and suffering, etc etc. In the end he'll get what's coming to him

    Unfortunatly civil suits are very tricky in Canada, and most medical is covered.
