The first date is easy. One open ended question will get most girls talking for hours. If that doesn't work, try two open ended questions.

Anything form personal training to bouncing/security...It's always nice if it's your career, when employ your knowadge and/or physique for a living. Not that it applys to you or your situation, but a point to bring up none the less.

Just be honest with her. If she can't accept it now, she never will. You need to find someone who will understand your lifestyle.

Go kayaking! Go for a hike. Bring her to the aboreetum. Rollerblading? Yahtzee? A nice walk outdoors always puts people at ease. Let nature take it's course.

I would not talk about yourself, especially on first date.. keep the focus on her, and try n look like a good conversationist. If she asks questions about you, crack jokes instead.

THe less they know about you the better.. .

Hey guys... interesting thread. I wouldnt' think you guys would be worried about this stuff, only because you probably all look amazing. I totally understand all the trianing and diet stuff, heck I'm totally into it as well. Albeit, I'm not a body builder or anything, but dating one would never be out of the question. If anything it would be fun, helping your man stay fit with delicious - on diet- dinners and PWO shakes and hittin' the gym together.. .. and what woman wouldn't want to date a man with a gorgeous body? So whatever you have to do to make/keep your body like that should be accepted as well.

I think that since diet/training/fitness is more of a lifestyle you definitely have to date someone who feels the same way. I train everyday, it comes second to no one, and I have to be in bed super early so I can do my cardio in the morning and don't drink etc. etc. . And I'm probably only 1/2 as hardcore as you guys... and I can't date anyone who doesn't understand the lifestyle or participate in it.. just doesn't work. Besides, I'm gonna spend all this time in the gym improving myslef and end up dating an out of shape person? I don't think so. Of course I do it for myself more than anything, but still.

And as far as juice and svit goes, it doens't bother me as long as it doens't excessively affect the way the guy treats me .. of course there will be some things, but if it doesn't ruin the relationship, it should be all good.

Hope that helps some... it's just my opinion I guess...

    Cheers!

Most women arent as cool as you about it. I think people in general that don't live that type of lifestyle don't get it. When I'm around my extended family and Im eating every 3 hours they are like "dont you ever quit eating??" But then they sit down to supper and pile up a bunch of nasty ass food that makes me think the should keep a defibrillator handy. Half way through the meal "CLEAR"...GOOD now I can finish eating!

Women are wierd! Actually I shouldn't generalize but a lot of women not only have baggage but are just plain weird and inconsistent. I don't get 'em, but then I don't really have to worry about getting women..lol. I have enough trouble with understanding men... not that I would ever stop trying..

Sidenote: didn't know about Farrebarre and Chest6, sorry Dudes, clearly I meant nothing by my comments. Apologies.

i am merly unsatisfied with woman, they never seem to take care of them selves anymore and if they are a hott girl then they turn out to either be married, or a slut,

maybe im just looking in all the wrong places..

I don't have alot of issues relating.. but i think as a female friend relating to dudes is alot easier than when you're their gf, or they're interested in you.

The ideal situation would be for her to comment on your physique, and open the conversation in that direction. You simply start in about how it is not easy, about the hard work and sacrifices you have had to make to get where you are, and maybe steer the conversation into your bodybuilding goals, and how you hope to find a GF who understands and has the patience to deal with the little inconveniences and a level of emotional security that will not have her feel threatened by the attention that you have to give to your hobby/lifestyle. If she backs off, it was no good in the first place. If she wants to get involved, she should understand that sometimes you will need her indulgence when you need to train or eat, and she wants to travel or party.

    Love
    Anna
