To answer the original question, there is no AAS what will give you rock hard abs, diet, cardio, commitment and being consistent will help to bring the abs out with dropping of the BF, certain AAS will help to harden the body up when BF is low but they will not make your abs pop out like ice cubes,

Cardio/diet is very important to achieve the goal

hmmmmm okay, maybe someday u will understand that u can get abs without to do cardio. That need a good diet and to work ur abs correctly everyweeks.

    I quit the thread.

PS: I am a believer in cardio however

Exactly. I think the original thread poster has genetically "shallow" abs and wished to increase their development.

If you can get abs by diet alone good for you but id say majority of BB's will have to do cardio and diet to drop BF to bring them out,

your comment "i am believer in cardio however" tells me something else...when do you believer in cardio then? if its not to drop BF along side a diet?

Not all people can get abs with diet alone pal. The reason people jumped on your comments is because you said
Cardio Is Not Important unless u want to improve ur cardio vascular health
You are giving advice based on genetics not something thats proven. And you also said
    U could use winny too
Where does this come from? Winny will not give you abs, and if your brother only used winny, well he doesnt know much about steroids and also he could have gotten the same or better results using test, or another compound.

Anyways you gave horrible advice imo. It doesnt matter if YOUR bother got abs, you dont give people advice based on that. You could say "my brother did this or that." But dont come in here and state is as if it will work for anyone and as if its the right way to do it.

To be fair however, I have read in a few articles that even low doses of test will increase your BMR. Don't get me wrong, I agree with Diet, Cardio, etc.

But I think a higher BMR caused by AAS, calorie deficit, and cardio(morning-empty stomach, IMO) will all contribute to fat loss.

So having said this.....an AAS combo, along with diet, cardio can aid in fat loss. And to that point you could drop the cardio, do diet and AAS as long as you are in a calorie deficit state, and the AAS would benefit in fat loss, along with keeping the muscles full and hard......IMO

THis would only be a short run answer, however

yeah r8, i said pm me anytime if u wanna talk to my bro

There is also a difference between being cutted for a contest and just getting abs u know.
Diet and abs should suffice Imo. Believe what u want, Cardio help to go faster in the process. But in anymanner because u do cardio u will get more abs than with abs exercice and a good diet.

I have no clue where people get this stick up their ass that winny or any AAS is going to create some kind of fat loss in the abdominal section.

Here is a clue where people MIGHT be getting the notion that certain AASs burn fat in the abdominal area:

It's in the profile section of this forum from a little known person by the name of Anthony Roberts. You might know him as Hooker.

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=199816

I don't know about you, but that's pretty damn good data to support fat loss in the midsection area....aka trunk area.

But hey, what does Hooker know?

For starters, Anthony said it is just a theory he is leaning toward. Just a theory bud......just a theory......It is only based on a few studies and not written in stone.

I didn't mean to offend anyone by asking for a mod, or for calling their post lame. I think all of your information is helpful, and I appriciate it. I'm just a newbie looking for ideas. I didn't think my question was invalid, but I'll edit it. I come to this site for information, not to get flamed! I will try to be more positive in my posts next time. Thanks for all of your help!

I'd say do cradio once a week 45' to 1 hour and have a clean diet.....hit the abs twice to three times a week, that should do the trick...no AAS needed for that imo.....

    LMAO!

If i had a dollar for each time i read that

Buddy you're statement is so self-limiting it aint funny.

Abs work as secondary support muscles during heavy compound exercises (actually.. abs fire all day whenever posture needs to be maintained).. thus technically ab-training isn't as important as cardio in the pursuit of abs.

Most who have great abs don't train 'em directly.

    I don't.

I do cardio... and diet properly.

My ab work? Deadlift; squats; cleans.

    My cycle of choice?

    The bicycle.

Actually sir.. Anadrol would be better for fat-loss

It.. and tren are two compounds which have a marked affect on lean tissue maintenance in the presence of a caloric deficit.

True anadrol 'bloats' users..Don't confuse bloating with fat... that's idiocy.

Hardness has nothing to do with cutting. Positive nitrogen balance= a good thing. I've cut on dbol.. others have as well. Water weight is lost

there r many things to help develope abs diet is most important about 75%of it actully butn there r other things u can do and 1 of the best is controled sprints u want to all around rip up ur mid section do sets of ten 2 min apart 50 yard sprints example
50 yrd sprints 10 sets of ten (u will have to work urself up to this probably)50 up 50 back 10 times 2min rest after each ten(ten being 5 up 5 back 1 setback and fourth)u want to get seruis about abs try this 3 times a week.and i dont mean just running up and back i mean full out.i helped my brother with this rutine and his obliques were outa of this world i mean like gills he could breath under water and his seperation in his abswhich were none existent at 10%bf was all there un added with out any juice just a strong will and a good diet to good.20 carbs a day and 6 ounces of chicken every 2 to 3 hours.now thats will power.but he had a cheat day for his diet every sat he would take in 100 grams of fat and the kid looked damn incredible.so dont think for one min that there is any easy way that there is any easy way to obtain shredded abs it is probably the hardest muscle group to build to perfection so.finding an easy way to do abs.......rest assure there isnt one ,and if u do find it u will be a $$$$$$$$$$$nair
