I think if you want to completely shut off the possibility of a estrogen rebound you will either have to taper for quite some time, or consider aromasin. Ldex's rebound will be very low and at .25mg ed throughout your cycle, it shouldn't be much to worry about.

I think I saw yer gyno and it wasnt that bad at all. I hope if I ever (god forbid) get gyno, that it is as "bad" as yours.
Yea, when removing estrogen, negative effects on hdl/ldl occur (I think both hdl/ldl but not posistive).
were you stumped that it shrank or what?

Well the gyno didnt shrink..my balls did. Stumped at that.

No my balls. I was pretty confused because like I said I thought it stimulated a response from LH, which should, if anything, make them larger (if they were atrophied in the first place)

lol.... great post question. this is an aspect of a cycle that i had not really thought or known about. what is gyno exactly? i clicked it and it took me to an anti estrogen. im wondering, since im so fat, my body naturally produces more estrogyn then most. im wondering if i take something like a low dose of nolva or something..... my nipples are like yours. puffy. been that way since i was about 13.

gyno is tissue build up in your chest, specifically around your nipples. although fat build up can resmble gyno, true gyno is actual gland tissue that has accumulated as a result of fu_ked up hormone levels (if it occured naturally) or unaturally high estrogen levels (from aas use)

right on... thanks tren. you think if i took some nolva it would help cut down on my water retention and estrogen? i can loose about 15 lbs in water in 1 day with about 2 hard hours of movin around.

i dont know man, taking nolva to reduce aas related gyno only works if you do it asap after it forms. if it formed when you were 13, id imagine that it wouldn't do much of anything.
but you could try getting a combo of letro, aromasin and dht, mixing it all with phlojel ultra or dmso and putting it directly on your chest. this is supposed to work very well for removing gyno. but if its fat, i doubt that even that would do much
