    Before i started the cycle i was trying to cut a bit and i was down to 202lbs and since i started the cycle on monday im up to 205lbs. I dont know if its necessarily from the pp but who knows. How is your cycle going so far man?

    I also havent had any other side effects besides that pain i was getting (which is gone now thank god). My back was a little stiff a couple of days ago but not anymore so thats good.

    so far everything is going well, i think on tuesday when i do chest ane triceps im gona start doing some flat bench again. havent done any since i hurt my shoulder. but i have increased on incline dumbell press with out any pain, so we'll see. i have gained 2.5 pounds as of friday so we are about at the same as far as wieght gained goes.

    i took 2.2g of hawthorn berry ED with my pheraplex cycle. i think your supporters are up to par ath this point.

    the ball pain... if it had been a hernia you would damn well know it. SWELLING my friend, swelling and pain. you can't miss a hernia. it was probably just discomfort.

    now is a better time than ever i guess to ask what your pct looks like.

    Yeah i think it was just discomfort. I was just overreacting.

    I already have everything for my pct which looks like this:

    nolva-20mgs weeks 1-4
    AX's retain
    Im also going to continue the use of some of the support supplements.

    It seems like a lot of people are starting to experience gyno problems from using novla but i had already had the nolva on hand when i found that out so im going to just keep it at 20mgs ed and add in some letro at .50mgs ed. Im probably going to start the letro before pct though. Let me know what you guys think about this.

    i would tell you to get some clomid in there too. add it at 100mg ED for 3 weeks, and keep nolva at the same for 4 weeks. use teh letro and retain as you were going to previously too.

    im interested in the feed back you get RAR, i have the nolva also and its kinda hard for me to get anything else over here and we have started our cycles so........ shit im just gona do it with the nolva and pray all works out fine............

    I was told to get some letro. I would suggest getting it, you can get from ar-r. Im gonna use it just to be safe man.

    Today is sunday but i didnt get a chance to get online last night and post my workout for saturday. Anyways, saturday was a cardio day. I ran for 30 minutes and went on the stairmaster for 20 minutes. So far i have no side effects at all. The first two days of the cycle my lower back was a little stiff but im not really getting any back pumps at all. So far everything is working out great. Tonight im going to work my legs and abs so i'll be back later tonight with how that goes.

    Well week one is down and everything is going good. When i weighed myself at the beginning of the cycle i was around 202-203 and tonight i was up to 206 so im up about 4 pounds!!

    Today i worked my legs & abbs. To be honest this was the first day i have worked on my legs in a while so i didnt go at it to hard because i dont want to be really sore during this cycle.


    Angled leg press-360lbs/12, 360lbs/10, 325lbs/10.
    Squats-250lbs/8, 250lbs/6, 225/6.
    Seated calf raises-135lbs/12, 135/12, 135lbs/10. After this i had to stop working my leg because i had a horrible muscle spasm in my right calf. It hurt like hell and i had to sit down for like 15 minues before it went away. I basically stopped working my legs and did some abb excersises and went on the elyptical for about 25 minutes.

    I think i jinxed myself about the back pumps because im starting to get them just sitting here typing. Damn!!!!!!!!! Oh well sh!t happens.

    Tonight was a pretty nice workout. I get so focused now when im working out, its great. I had some pretty nice pumps too. One thing thats kinda bothering me is that im right handed and my right forearm and bicep have always seemed harder and just a little bigger than my left, it sucks but oh well i guess i'll have to work on that. Anyways tomorrow is a cardio day and i still dont have any side effects to report so thats good. Later guys.

    Today i got home from work and just passed out. I just woke up and i was going to go to the gym for some cardio but i just decided to take the night off. Im tired as hell from this heat and im just taking it easy tonight. Otherwise, still no side effects and tomorrow im is shoulder day and i'll just do some cardio after tomorrow's workout.

    Today was shoulder day. Im to tired tonight to type each exercise i did so i'll just give ya quick update. I was doing my exercises and didnt even really notice but i was doing the same weight i did last time just a lot easier (more reps basically) so i put up some more weight and it was great. The strength im getting is starting to go up a lot more. After i was done with shoulders i did some more abb exercises and then some cardio for 30 minutes. Still no side effects and tomorrow is chest and tricep day so i'll be back to update again tomorrow, later. Oh yeah i forgot to add that i weighed in at 208lbs too.

    Pretty nice workout tonight. Im tired as hell right now but this cycle is going good so far. It seems like im starting to harden up a but and i personally can see a difference in the mirror already so thats a good thing. I forgot to weigh myself tonight so i will update my weight the next time im at the gym.

    rar, looking good. i have gone up a total of 5 ponds so far. im really liking this stuff. thinking about tryingout a cycle of SD when i get done with this one and pct and rest, etc...... maybe this winter.... we will see

    Thanks man. I didnt weight myself last night but im up about 5-6lbs too so thats good. A friend of mine has a crap load of sd and i was thinking about doing that for my next cycle just to compare the two. Im not sure when either but i'll do it eventually. Take care bro.

    When i was doing my workout this guy came up to me and showed me an exercise for my shoulders and i could only do it with 25lb db's and had to drop it down to 20lbs. after the first set. I dont know what its called but i sat straight up with my arms up and basically just rolled my arms up and down and it worked pretty good, i liked it a lot. I'll see if i can find out what its called. After i did my shoulders i ended the night with a crap load of sit ups and 30 minutes of cardio.

    Anyways when i got to the gym tonight i weighed myself right before i had worked out and believe it or not i was up to 213lbs!!! The last time i weighed myself was about 5-6 days ago and i was at about 208. This is great i feel really good about this cycle still and im still really focused on my workouts. Tomorrow is back and bicep day so i'll see ya guys again tomorrow.

    Ok just a quick update. For the past 2 days i've woke up with a little bloody nose. I didnt think anything of it until it happened again today. Im thinking it could be my blood pressure rising from the pp. What other supplements could i take for this and do you guys think i should maybe have the doctor check it out or wait a couple of days to see if it stops? Im not to worried about it yet but i figured i would ask you guys to get your opinions. Thanks.

    celery seed extract 150 mg ed is great for bp, you should also split your doses of all sups am and pm if your not already doing it
    your missing 60 mg coQ10 ed. too, red yeast rice and coq10 go hand in hand (RYR depletes the heart of CoQ10) For future cycles i'd suggest looking into a product called cycle support i think its by anabolic innovations??? it contains all the support supps and will save you some dough. As far as the exercise where you roll your arms i dunno possibly arnold presses, but if your only throwing up 20 lbs....

    Tonight i weighed in at 212lbs so im down one pound but thatsfine with me. Had an ok workout but i was at the gym for like 2 1/2 hours. I got there and it was just loaded with people you literally had to wait like 5-10 minutes to do anything, it sucked so bad. I have been lately thinking about going back the my old gym that i first started working out at, it a lot smaller but they have everything i need to do my workouts. I just cant stand how friggin packed my gym gets now. Anyways tomorrow im taking a day off so i'll be back on saturday with another update.

    Ok i split my doses of pp and all of the supplements up. I take the first half in the morning and the second half at night. I usually bring everything with me to work in my bag and just keep it in my desk but today i forgot it at work. Do you guys think it would be a big deal to miss a dose of everything and just pick up agian tomorrow where i left off. Im not to worried about it but i figured i would ask just to make sure. Thanks guys
