    thanks for the advice, it's very hard to jump and do mandatory poses with a webcam but i will take more pics in a week and do my best to hit all the poses. I would do more cardio but i keep feeling like I'm losing too much muscle - although it could be just because i'm not eating many carbs at all and i'm flat.

    hey guys, after discussing it with some friends and family - since there is a lot going on in my life right now and on top of that I think I'm not big enough - i decided to do a show in the spring instead. I've got School, Work, Court Dates, and I'm moving to another state AGAIN. I'm weighing about 245lbs right now after eating carbs again and my goal is to weigh a solid 250lbs when I hit the stage in the spring. Thanks for all the support and I will still post progress pics later. I hope I didn't dissapoint anybody.
