    Seemed like a pretty strong guy to me - no, not something super rare and no, not someone who is about to step on a competetive stage, but so what? That is not why all of us do this game, that is for sure. Some of us, though big for sure, kind of like the fact that we are stronger still than we look!

    As to form and weight, that's why I don't even warm up any more. Light weight IMHO is how you get hurt - whatever form you use when heavy, if it isn't hurting you is good form for you. If you are going heavy and use truly bad form, you are done.

    I didn't think his form was that bad... and that was ALOT of weight!! Props to him!

    not bad, the only difference is i used to curl that much with the barbell but over time of heavy lifting my elbows got deteriorated to the point where i no longer do that much weight.

    I was doing 92 kg curls *6 reps without assistance with the same form. My weight was about 230Lbs. If i will get in the same shape some day i will post the video here.
