you cant transmit down syndrome....its a chromosomal disorder...passed from your mommy and daddy when you are growing in her belly.

If you are going to get serious about this, it generall happens before you are "growing in her belly" and it is nearly always from your "mommy" and actually in a few cases it is 100% on "you" (developmental chromosomal anamoly in the early embryonic stages, which actually would be while you are "growing in her belly").

Another characteristic is "Developmental disabilities often manifest as a tendency toward concrete thinking or naïveté" - sorta like you not getting the joke, eh?
