Finally!!! today was great! i didnt get enough to eat this morning but when i got to the gym i was feeling good! I had more endurance today followed by Incredible Agression!!! Man it was good today...my close grip bench was up 20lb since last wk! The agression definitely helped, every set was 100% effort....heres how it went today...followed by some better pics
Arms-rope pushdowns warmup 3 sets 100lbx12 reps
barbell curls-75x12 reps, 95x12 reps, 115x8 reps
close grip bench- 135x15, 185x10, 205x6, 225x6-up 20lb
dbell curls 45lbx12 40lbx12, 40x10, 40x10 all superset with pressdowns 150lbx12-15 reps
2 arms cable curls overhead-40-55lbx12 reps, superset with 1 arm reverse pressdowns 40lbx12
