for 2 months nothing but protien shakes from GNC (bought this mega protein thing, bought chocolate and rocky road) and i drank it 3-4times a day, EVERYDAY

i went up from 176lbs to 196lbs, i got ALOT bigger body, it was nice!! people were noticing ALOT!! I went up alot on my weightlifting!! it was great!! i was huge!! what sucked though was i was gettin acne on my backmy friend said i wasnt drinking enough water, the excess protein was being excreted through my sweat, or that my body was rejecting the extra amounts
i dunno, but whatever the reason was, i gained little over 20lbs, got alot bigger and increased my weightlifting
lol, after 2months i went back to eatin real food, maaann, just eating a subway sandwich i couldnt even chews more than 4-6times because my mouth would get soooo tired..... oh and while on my protein shake faze, when i would use the restroom, i would shit like little dog craps, they werent even normal size, prob. like half the size of a snickers bar

Acne was caused by the DHT which is a side of the excess testosterone in your body. Had nothing to do with your Protien.
im doing sus 250 and deca cycle,
week 1-8 sus 250mg w/k
week1 deca 400mg
week 2 deca 300mg
week 3 deca 200mg
week 4 deca 100 mg
week 5 deca 100 mg
week 6 deca 100 mg. im on going on week 4 and really dont see a big difference should i up the deca from 100mg to 400 the rest of my cycle?? and do it for 8 weeks instead of 6?

keep waiting...it takes a while for the test to kick in...for me it's usually around week 4-5...some people it take 6 or 7 weeks...the weights will start to get lighter.
Just to give you a bit of confidence man i am on sus cysle on my 7th week and it just started to show signs of work. I have been horny for preety much the whole cycle but as for strength that didn't cme till i worked out yesterday and was blown away but what i could lift. I usuall tri dip about 90lbs yesterday i was hitiing 160 and that basically went like that with cable pulls too. I couldn't believe it a couple times i had to check if i was actually lifting shit as it fely like the pin had dropped out and i wasn't lifting anything.
