Alkylated orals can be dangerous - it depends on your health and your lifestyle. One tab a day is all you should need. 1/2 a day may be enough. It depends on your goals. What are you stacking it with? I would NOT stack it with any other alkylated oral! Do NOT run the oral winstrol for more than 6 to 8 weeks! That's why I prefer the injectable - winstrol is best stacked with the kinds of milder steroids that you want to run for 10 to 12 week cycles. Orals for 10 to 12 weeks is not a good idea at all. Does everyone realize that Proviron is an alkylated oral steroid???
