but usually I can do 100-110 lbs for 8-10 reps

At the moment on my fourth set I only do the 90 lb. barbell 6-8 reps. If I started with higher weight rather then lower I could do 100 4-6 reps. The most I've attempted to curl is 105 and did that about 4 "good" times. And again I'm a 19 year old Ectomorph so I think I'm doing alright
