    BF% Increases While Bulking

    I am going into my sixth week of a cycle of durabolin npp and sustanon, i plan on running this for 12 weeks in total.

    I started off at 15% bf, 5 weeks later I'm up 10lbs but.... im at 17% bf

    I am eating around 1300 calories over my maintence caloric requirement, around 45% carbs 35% protein and 20%fats. Most of the carbs are complex and whole grains. I work out every other day.

    Am I eating too much?
    Have I gained an unusual amount of fat?
    Should I cut down calories?
    What bf% do most people gain by bulking?

    i bet youre not taking an AI

    15% bf is high
    high bf aromatizes highly
    high estrogen slows growth and can store more fat
    vicious circle

    but if you have a good diet you should lose bf..
    20% from fats is high post up your exact diet

    2 cups kashi crunch 7grains cereal
    1 Myoplex 42g Protein Shake

    Lunch
    3 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 chicken breast

    3pm
    Myoplex Protein Shake 42grams

    Dinner
    1 1/2 chicken breast
    2 cups brown rice or whole wheat pasta

    Post Workout Meal
    40grams protein shake
    60grams of Whole Wheat Pasta

    Midnight Snack
    40grams caesin protein

    I am taking .25mgs of liquidex daily

    wow im not a diet expert but with that diet and arimidex im stunned bro sorry homefully someone else can chyme in

    edit: i see youre getting 4 shakes a day.
    get a fast shake with quick carbs pwo, and one before bed thats max
    switch the other 2 out for egg whites or chicken breast etc...

    what do you put in your shakes? milk, eggs, water, fruit... etc

    are you wanting to do a bulk or a lean bulk, basically do you want to gain a bit of fat and maximize muscle growth or stay lean at the expense of a little muscle growth

    also, im gonna need your maintenance caloric requirement to help me with your diet

    3 cups of pasta is like 110g carbs, you don't need that many in one meal, cut it to 2 cups and throw some veges in there, i hope that chicken has around 45-50g protein
    3pm
    Myoplex Protein Shake 42grams
    need carbs here, eat some sweet potatos about 50g carbs worth and scrap the shake and add some solid food
    Dinner
    1 1/2 chicken breast
    2 cups brown rice or whole wheat pasta
    cut rice and whole wheat pasta here and add sweet potato
    Post Workout Meal
    40grams protein shake
    60grams of Whole Wheat Pasta
    sweet potato instead of pasta
    Midnight Snack
    40grams caesin protein
    up to 60g casein protein
    I am taking .25mgs of liquidex daily
    k, i would decrease your caloric intake to around 3400-3500, no need to be 1000cals over

    you can do cardio 1-2x a week, low intensity on an empty stomach to keep the fat gain down, keep your heart rate low, use walking on an incline or riding a bike for about 30min

    im really anal with mine, everything i have is measured out into portions so i know exactly how much i eat

    cardio = None

    Im also using a tanita ironman scale to measure bf i know its not exactly accurate but i def started at 15.4% and now am anywhere from 16.4-17.4 measured throughout the day

    how often are you injecting? and what dosage?
    npp needs to be shot daily, sust eod at least...
    also the ai wont help deca sides
    hows your bloat?

    You need to be doing cardio. 2-3 x a week



    Also, too many shakes = BLOATED

    if it's bioelectric impedence then it can be affected by alot of factors

    that itself will cause increased estrogen (unstable blood levels)
    and you are doing nothing for progesterone/prolactin
    estradoils can help increase rate of fat storage

    i cant tell if im bloated or not, i feel full all the time, but i dont know if its from increased estrogen or from eating like crazy. My face isnt very puffy or anything but i do feel stuffed all the time, sorry i cant be more accurate its hard for me to judge

    1) keep the same overall weekly dosage, but inject daily
    2) get letro, when it comes in change over from adex to it
    3) go from 4 shakes to 2
    4) CARDIO IS A MUST!

    you're not alone at all, when i quoted his diet i did exactly that, add cardio and took away all his shakes but pwo and before bed

    i also have the following laying around that i could throw into the mix if u think it would help,

    aromasin, and nolvadex

    hey i said progesterone/gyno- that was a typo. i meant progesterone/prolactin.

    arimidex has no impact on npp sides
    aromasin wont either
    nolva will make it worse
    you need letro

    nolva/aromasin is a good pct

    Okay so i should be consuming around 700 calories over maintence?
    I will do cardo 2-3 times a week
    I wont be able to get a hold of letro but im dropping npp in 2 weeks anyways,
    Less shakes more real food

    Anyway that my bf% will drop during this bulking cycle?

    I know this is probably a very dumb question, and I most likely know that the answer to this question is NO! but......

    Would it do me any good to diet for 1-2 weeks on cycle and then start lean bulking again, gradually increasing calories?

    At 17% "bulk" should not be in your thoughts or vocabulary. You got some really good advice here already although I would prescribe more than 60-90 minutes of cardio per week.

    I have done that before. If my bf gets too high i will diet down for a week or two on bulking. Depends on your tolerance for higher bfs. I feel gross over 14-15%
