Breakfast

eat eggs or tuna instead of protein shake and take some bcaas with it, make sure you're getting at least 50-60g carbs here
Lunch
3 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta
1 chicken breast
3 cups of pasta is like 110g carbs, you don't need that many in one meal, cut it to 2 cups and throw some veges in there, i hope that chicken has around 45-50g protein
3pm
Myoplex Protein Shake 42grams
need carbs here, eat some sweet potatos about 50g carbs worth and scrap the shake and add some solid food
Dinner
1 1/2 chicken breast
2 cups brown rice or whole wheat pasta
cut rice and whole wheat pasta here and add sweet potato
Post Workout Meal
40grams protein shake
60grams of Whole Wheat Pasta
sweet potato instead of pasta
Midnight Snack
40grams caesin protein
up to 60g casein protein
