    trance bro. I used to feel the same way. rock and metal only. I am telling you dude, lifting weights while listening to trance is a completely different experience. I can rock out to slayer and get extremely fricking angry before a set. But trance helps me focus so much better and I just feel so much more into my workout. I feel one with the weightroom. It feels amazing

    Metal for weights, anything goes for cardio. Weights without metal doesn't seem right.

    I dont know dude. I have given techno a try the last couple days. I feel like it just doesnt have any soul. Guitars sound way more complicated, genuine and soulful.

    i do like some classical sometimes, more of the up tempo stuff though, concertos i think?
