I want to make sure that I log the good and the bad so here goes:
Got an infection in my quad from a bad hcg shot. Taking antibiotics and hoping it will go away. Right now it's a slightly-swollen red lump that is warm to the touch.
Strong as hell this week. Got 245lbs on the flat bench and got 225 for 15 on squats (weighing 155lbs). I've never done that before.
I'm starting to think that i'm going to have to reduce my calories and cut carbs even further. I've been doing cardio just about every day for over two weeks now and don't seem to be losing fat. I'll have to kick it up a notch.
