    depends, you don't want to cycle at a high bf% because the sides will be worse

    i would recommend
    1) posting your diet in detail for critique
    2) keep lifting and increase cardio to 6-7x a week, low intensity on an empty stomach in the morning or after your workouts, or both


    those two things alone will give you great results

    My diet: 2 eggs and maybe a meat in the morning, Lunch is usually a ham sandwich and dinner usually consists of chicken and or past. But breakfast is skipped sometimes too


    Should I wait to start my cycle?

    Im not saying steroids won't do anything for you, because we all know someone who can blow up and shred fat eating mcdonalds. But for us normal people, myself included, the diet has to be exactly on key or we won't get much (if any) benefits from AAS. Diet will transform your body more than anything else in the world. Combine it with cardio and a good workout routine, and you'll be set.

    That said, your diet is sh*t and it needs a whole lot of work.

    write out EVERYTHING you eat tomorrow and post it and we'll help you get your diet on track

    eating only a couple times a day your metabolism slows down..
    eating every few hours, clean, you will speed up your metabolism and burn more calories.. .

    diet is a very broad subject, so my advice would be to read the diet stickies in the diet forum and post your diet tomorrow for critique, it's much easier for us to critique your diet than write one up from scratch

    Alright what is nomaldex? You mean nolvadex?

    As others said you're carrying to much fat on you, if you cycle you risk greater side effects. More fat = higher chance of estrogen related sides such as gyno, bloating, fat gain, etc.

    Get that bf% down to 15% before you think of cycling or else you will turn into a balloon.

    Im not gunna start, as much as I want too though, I want to make sure I am ready and will get the best results with least side effects possible.

    glad to hear it, we have alot of people come on here that we take hours giving advice too, then they turn around and go against everything we just told them, so it's nothing personal against you, just the trend now that spring break is getting close

    you can in less then 12 weeks if you dedicate yourself to it.

    I dieted down for bodybuilding contest, ALL NATURAL, mind you in 12 weeks and thats an extreme case.

    with a good diet, and decent cardio and working out you really could get chiseled Naturally !!

    agreed, i'm around 4 weeks into a natural cutter and i've dropped from 15-16% to around 12

    it's just a matter of are you willing to get up every morning and do cardio, then train later in the day and do more cardio, weigh out your food and not let cravings get the best of you

    mind over matter will get you wherever you want to go in life every time

    IMO. Trying to look good for the summer is not a reasonable excuse for starting steroids. They are not miracle drugs. and as stated a milllion times already on this thread your best bet to "look good" for the summer will be hard diet and cardio. AAs should be considered after years and years of proper diet, training, and researching. Not used as a tool to look good for the beach. You will end up regreting it later in life. Trust these guys on here. THEY ARE EXPERTS AND ARE TOP NOTCH. they will steer you in the right direction.
