You look like you have fairly long legs in comparison to your upper body (the exact opposite problem that I have)..is that the case? Regardless, phenomenal job retaining mass while cutting down!

You're built like me in the first pics (thick frame etc.. only you have WAY more muscle), that's pretty much my goal right now is to get to your size in the first pics and cut down. Great work man, i'm jealous. Impressive job at cutting down as well.

    Damn Bro!!
You are definately Icing it out.
    Whatever you're doin' , you're doin' it right.Amazing.
Keep tearin' it up and try and hold onto as much of the freaky muscle as possible. What organization is the show you're competin' at?

The last pic looks like a Markus Ruhl Jr.!!!
Good Luck and sweep the MW's off the floor.

Thank's for comments guys! I drop weight about 24kg(53lbs) in 22 weeks. It was too much in and too difficult, maybe lost some muscle also. 'and didn't get the best shape in show. I had to cut 7kg in last 3 weeks.

About my streght: Now I'm weak of course . Best bench press a year ago is 200kg x 3. (440lbs x 3) I hurt my shoulder little in those days and it's still little hurt. So I can't train in 100% strenght training now. I have used heawy weight in training much. Just changing the training style in periods. Sometimes doing long reps and somethings low reps and cheating little.

Now I'm planning to come out of juice in longer brake.
Something like 6-12 month off. Then if shoulder is ok maybe try some powerlifting competition. Maybe doing bodybuilding also in future, but not that's small again My body is not the best so I have to get more muscle in that frame to hiding my vaist.

Sorry my english. The repying would be more fun if I could speak better english.
