Took the month of August off.I really needed the break.I'm back to diet and cardio starting September 1st.I'm trying to grow at this point but because I put on fat so easy I'm trying to figure out how I can grow without adding too much fat.I was up to 195,after 1 week of dieting with only PWO cardio 2 days a week 45 min and 1 day a week am cardio 45 min I'm down to 190.Here's my latest diet for growing.
Meal #1
12 egg whites 2 yolk's
1 cup of oats
1/2 oz raisons
1tbls of natural honey
Meal #2
8oz lean ground beef
1 cup of broccoli
Meal #3
6oz boneless chicken
1 cup broccoli
Meal #4 PRE WORK OUT
Same
Meal #5 PWO
6Oz boneless chicken/blended in blender for fast digestion
1 bannanna
8oz natural grape juice
Meal #6
6oz boneless chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli.
Trial and error baby it's the best way.As the fat kid metabolism that I have the carbs will have to remain low or else I have to do more cardio.I'll use this diet for the next 4 weeks and see how it goes.If I grow and my waist gets tighter and my fat drops then I'm on the rite track.Because I can shed fat so fast I don't feel I'll have to diet for so long during my next cutter.But I don't wanna walk around all bloated either.I hate that feeling.
