This is the one I was referring to... Good read.
To be honest it was after reading this book a few years back when I first gained a decent understanding for bodybuilding. I still use tons of the lifting and lifestyle advice the book gives. Then I tweaked my knowledge with these forums. I believe that you can get great and near same results doing full body or isolating groups per workout as long as you put dedication into it. After doing both, I say do whichever you like better.
