Yeah, I always go to parallel - i think I use good form, I have only very recently hit 315lbs, I was at a plateau for sometime at around 225 - 250lbs - probably for about a year.
Like i said before i neglected legs for a while, for example i didnt even do barbell quats regularly until 2 years ago. I would use smith m.c squats occasionally - i know this is pretty lame but i just didn't enjoy doing them. Then i realised to get the physique i wanted i would have to do them - now i like doing them.
