First off start backing off the carbs some with AM cardio. If that does'nt work than back off the carbs some more. You don't want to lose more than about 1- 1 1/2 lbs a week. Instead of listening to everyone pick an example that everyone's given you and try it. If it does'nt work try another. Good luck and keep us updated.
