    I'll have them re-measured just to make sure, I just giving out numbers, not precise I just know my calves are bigger then my arms, and my arms were 15" pre-cycle.

    my legs aren't amazingly big, but I have a hard time fitting into jeans and it pisses me off lol...

    I've never done much work on them it came from playing sports, tracks,hockey,soccer ect..

    but if you say I still need some work on them, I'm game.

    thanks, hoping to put on a little bit more weight, my goal was 210, at 7-8% bf, but now I'm aiming for a little higher to 220. I'm a greedy prick I guess....

    if iwas you i wouldnt be too bothered about bulking 100% clean. i would just eat as much of everything that i could right now to break through the weight barrier

    gonna post back give you guys a little update, weighting at 207 currently, also I screwed up my shoulder tendons, so can't lift heavy, using machines mostly because anything requiring a dumbell or balancing a weight in the air kills my shoulder.

    depressing -.- I've been sitting at home for 1 week to get it to get better, but it's coming back slowly but still hurts like a mofo when I try to lift anything 80+ on dumbells.

    so this is basicly gonna scrap probably rest of my cycle (hoping it dosent but dosent look good)

    and ill repost 2/3 of the way on updates on pictures, 11 of feb, still got like 6-7 weeks to go.

    i've also expanded my injections range, and I think the butt cheek is actually the worst place to shoot in because your butt stays in pain for like 3-4 days, hardly able to sit down, but with other injections site its 1 day of pain, second day 1/2 of pain, and third day its gone, and were talking about pain like 1/2 of the pain compare to butt cheeks injections ~_~

    yea it seems there is alot of confusion here with wat you are doing with your workouts and cycle.maybe you need to rethink this and get more educated on aas.

    what are you talking about, english plz. I've gained 35 pounds of dry weight, since dec 11, and I still got 7 weeks to go, I just screwed up my shoulder which is seriously halting my workouts.

    Back with updates, dirrr... up to 207-208 dry weight, and 212-214 wet weight..

    strenght went up on my back, also learned how to bench properly after 8 years of training kinda sad, but hope my chest will be able to improove on my next update,

    also my left shoulder is getting back into shape, not hurting as much but its still weak.

    so my goal is gonna be 230 by march 11, see if it can be done, rahha.. I hope it'll be like 50 pounds increase or more!~

    I've got the measurements from dec 17 at the gym, says my bodyweight was 185.2lbs/15.2% bf <---- which is bs but whatever. (stupid hand helds pos)

    arms flexed 15inch/15inch, chest 40", shoulders 50". waist 32.5". hips 41", legs 25"

    goal was 210 8-12% bf, currently reached, after less then a month. lol.. I wonder if they think I'm on gear...

    will get a new assesment next week, see if I can get my new stats see the improovements, I'll have them measure calves, and forearms, ect.. try to get a full assessment.

    Instead of posting your before and current results spread through your post, make one post with all your pre-cycle stats....meaning lifts, measurements and your weight, and do a current lifts, measurements and weight...Make it easier on people to read.

    Well this wasn't really a thread on my cycle, was more of a picture that got into a little bit of my overview on lifts ect..

    I'll provide an overview on what I was lifting pre-cycle and what I'm up to now when I get to my next 1/3 and i'll provide again at the end.

    got another assesment, 50 shoulders still,
    arms are 15 1/2 non-flexed / 16 1/2 flexed,
    chest is 39 but he had me put my arms over my head which I think killed purpose of that measurement.
    waist 34 1 1/5 increase.. ewww
    legs 25 1/2
    calves 15 1/2

    Alright just gonna post few of my lifts to just put where I'm at, I don't train with dumbells anymore, due to shoulder not fully recovered but it's getting there.. was able to manage 90lbs dumbell bench, and it hurted few seconds but it was good after, just didn't wanna make it worst.

    Shoulders -
    Front raises 45lbs db's
    side raises 35 db's
    back flys shoulder 30lbs
    shoulder press machine 6 x 45's

    back
    deadlift - 6 x 45 / 4 x 25 + 45 bar
    pull ups shoulder grip +45 pounds - 10
    pull downs machine / 260 lbs
    lat pull down with triangle / 180lbs
    I think its called rows forgot name but its 70lbs dumbells.

    chest -
    dumbell chest press - 110lbs
    incline chest dumbell - 90lbs
    flys 45lbs
    incline chest press machine = 6x45/2x10
    smith machine bench - 6x45/25x2 + 45 bar

    biceps -
    hammer curl with cable - 100lbs + 4 i think there 5 pounds.
    ez bar curl - 45x2 / 10lbs x 2
    hammer curl 45 dumbells
    rest is machines don't know there names.

    triceps -
    v triangle pushdown / 100 + 4x 5's
    skullcrusher - 35x2's
    tricep pull down cable /sideways 32lbs
    tricep pull down cable /towards back 24lbs
    2 bench weight on laps <-- no idea name 4x45

    legs -
    squats 6 x 45 + bar <-- don't like to go to heavy
    leg press 24x45's
    lunges 90 db's
    I max out all the machines

    calves -
    haven't done them in awhiled but last time I checked was 500lbs on smith machine raises,

    Not amazingly strong but getting there eventually !!

    also made a slight modification to my cycle, I've added 4 weeks of trenbolone A, I probably shouldn't have but I don't think the Test - E was doing it for me, don't know why, dbol was 20x better then just running the test.

    anyways I've added tren, just to determine if I have any sides because I wanna run Tren E on my #2 cycle, with anadrol / test sus.

    for now 50mg/daily = no side, except vivid dreams, no patience, slight strength boost, aggresiveness, for next 10ml, will be doing 100mg / eod to see if any sides, but currently yesterday I got the "tren cough" / shortness of breath at gym today but way more strength.

    I will repost updates on march 11, with photos and everything to wrap up the full cycle.

    pct will be starting on March 25th, blood test will be performed April 25th, will probably wait till june 25th till my #2 cycle.

    my weight has been fluctuating soo much it's not even funny went from 213-215 to 202-204, now its climbing back up, but I'm looking bigger then I was at 215, so I don't know what's going on, kinda creepy! I'ma try to reach 225-230 pounds on march 11. Hope I achieve my goal and this summer I'll go for 240-250 on #2 cycle.

    I've also added peanut butter sandwhiches(2 slices + a super duper thick layer of pb) to the mix, lol.. I'm always starving its aggrevating... so adding 2 more meals to my 10-12 meals a day, the price of grocery is gonna /kill me. I think grocery > Gear for value cost

    I have to agree.. I'm not seeing much dont in this cycle except some fat/water gain... and maybe a little muscle and now tren? for your first cycle? you look more like you started at 5'11" 170 and now your about 180..... I'm not one to bash bro and I am def pro gear if done right.... doesnt look like your doin it right...

    I dont want to bash either bro, but I have to agree with what soulstealer said..... I have friends that are 5'11 and weigh 180lb and look much larger then you do... I cant see where all that weight is

    I think what might be happenening is that i'm lifting 2 times a day, and my muscles are staying small, but becoming stronguer, because there alot of big boys at the gym that I'm doubling up there lift or more.

    I think i'll be expanding more when I hit my PCT, because I'll be doing 3 workouts per week with 80% strenght and 12-16 reps. but well see.. still got 1 more month to go till then.

    time on + pct = time off is a guide line, your body will tell you when its time to re-cycle by doing blood work, might take longuer then this guide line, might be sooner, normaly on your first cycle it is sooner.

    In your legs? Did you look at the pic of your legs?... you seriously need to reconsider your approach to diet and training before running tren... seriously dude... its a waste...

    I've looked at my legs and measured them, and there close to 26" atm, and my calves close to 16".

    my diet is pretty good considering I've went from 185 to 215 in 2 months, I seriously think you need to come up with better advice, because I got almost no water retention, and I'm still pretty close to 10% bf.

    so I don't know what exactly I should be atm? 250 pounds? 60 pound increase in 2 months?

    Actually bro your right... after comparing our leg sizes you being almost 26" and me being just about 27" there are pretty close but since I'm almost 4" taller than you mine look alot skinnier

    and I do know tren isn't good for a first cycle, which is why I'm doing it 4 weeks, and not 12 weeks, I just wanna see if I have any side effects. Because I wanna run it on my #2 cycle, for 12 weeks tren-E.

    well soulstealer, your legs might be more developped bottom part, (which I don't care because I never want my legs to be that thick at the bottom) - the measurement at /half way thrue my quad is 26", and bottom part is probably about 20"

    and also you seem to be flexing your legs and your camera shot is way closer then mine, I'm about 10-12 feet from the mirror.

    the only thing I'm trying to drive through your head... and I wish someone was able to reach my hardheaded ass a couple years ago!!!! is that you dont need the kind of gear you running or at all right now... there is something deficient about your training and or diet that is limiting your gains... and when you get those in check you will blow up like a balloon but before that you are just pissing into the wind.... take my advice or not... I just dont want to see you waste your time like I did for a bit..

    I probably over-train, which is something I've acknowledged, and I'm just testing it out to see what kind of gains I get, then on next cycle I'll drop it off to only working out 3x a week.
