    And why is that big Ron? Cause broscience says everything you eat after 6:02pm turns to fat? Did you take into account the 2 hours of heavy squats he did before bed and the fact it was his only meal of the day? Or do you really think the body has any idea what time it is??

    PD. Does anyone eat 'lunch' anymore? Is that meal 3, 4 or 5?

    11am to 1pm will consist of my 3rd and 4th meal, so that's my lunch I guess.

    Breakfast #1 or pre-breakfast

    11 lunch prep

    1 lunch

    3 post lunch.

    5 dinner prep. Etc.
