iv just switched from holland and barratt protein, used it for 5/6 years, its only because they wasnt a special offer on it I swapped to myprotein whey isolate, more protien less fat and less carbs gram for gram. 1g of protein is 1 g of protein right ?

Sounds like your an expert on sucking dick.

    I'm kidding.

Muscular Development Magazine used to take supps and have them dissected and tested to see if what the label was claiming was in there...was actually in there. Optimum Nutrition rated very high on their awesome scale. Very high quality protein and great tasting. I'd go with ON above any other.

Nothing wrong with body fotress, I like thier chocolate peanutbutter, If i'm not mistaken its made by muscletech right? I either buy that or whatever my online supp company has on sale.

I use to spend a lot of money on Nitro Tech, and Beverly protien, but to be honest i think there's only a slight difference if any between the $30/5lb tub and the $60/5lb tub brands of protien

I have spoken to a muscle talk mod in person and he told me that the unbranded whey is as good as the branded stuff

I think the reason these branded wheys are winning awards is because they are sucking some serious BB.com dik, and probably cutting a deal with them on the price of there products

    IDK man!

The whey from BP.co.uk has never caused me any problems and all have a certificate of analysis for the batch, which may be balls i know

I just cant see it that fairly big companies like BP.co.uk and MP.co.uk are going to be selling a fake product to the end user... This is not un-licenced chineese GH were taking about, or are these sites un-licenced???

And if these companies miss label a product how do u know that the big companies r not doing the same?

Swifto, i respect everything u say and your advise is always followed, however just because u have had a bad stomach with BP whey b4 is not going to stop me buying there whey at 1/3 of the price for the time being.

Are u aware that there concentrate products have reciently changed?
I'm only going by what Dante has stated at PM.com.

He produces finished products for over 40 different supplement companies, some big one's too. So I'd assume he knows what he's talking about.

Look at the price of a tub of whey concentrate 80%, then compare it with the same weight of whey isolate.

If your ok on concentrate, cool. I cant handle the stomach problems from it. I get gas, stomach ache's and the shits. I get none of that from a good quality whey isolate.

After reading this thread, I am still having a hard time making my own decision on what is the best protein shake. Of course everybody has their own opinion on what's best and what works better but at the end of the day, does it come down to only a matter personal opinion??
