Did chest in the weightroom tonight. I warmed up with some bands for a few minutes then did pec flyes then decided to try some light bench. I did 135x12, 185x12, then 225x14. That is the most I have ever done with 225 I was cranking them out and I would have stopped except it didnt bother my elbows in the slightest... Until I tried for my very last rep and struggled slightly and as soon as I really struggled it started hurting bad so of course I racked it right away and stopped completely I just did some more pec flyes on the machine i mean and then called it a night.
Anyways though I think with lots of ice and going light in the weightroom I should be alot better off hopefully
