    Working separate muscle groups each day has always worked best for me also.

    I was doing old school for yrs...never mixing pushing and pulling exercises on the same day, but recently have changed that concept and getting better results.
    exp. chest-tri
    back-bi
    well I was just not getting the proper muscle concentration, by the time I was done with chest or back, there was no way I was getting a good workout on tri or bi, recently switched it up chest-bi back-tri, legs-delts abs eod

    What is good about taking Vit D for cycles?

    So I got some blood work done, bad news.

    Test was 1170 and estrogen is still way to high, 178, and I'm taking 12.5mg of aromasin everyday, I'm done with research chems for my AI. They must be underdosed or fake.

    Also my LDL was higher then its ever tested, 202. HDL was low, 22. I'm guessing this is because tren is harsher? My previous cycles always threw off these numbers off but never this far.

    I've discontinued the cycle a little early.

    I'm a little concerned about my cholesterol, anyone have any opinions here.
