Still keeping on water, I can tell for sure. I gained exactly 15 pounds so far as of this morning. My diet is damn clean, but not 100%. I'll have a diet energy drink here and there. And fill in cheat meal calories with Jimmy Johns. This is the most nutritionally correct go out food I have found.
Out of the 15 pounds I have gained. No more than 2-3 pounds is muscle for sure. 1-2 pounds of fat possibly and the rest is water. I am taking my Ai faithfully and I still have mad bloat. Still taking the D-Bol for maybe another week.
