Depends on genetics, diet, and routine. Honestly- pretty slim unless you spend a lot of the time in the gym, eat right, sleep well, and have the genetics. I'm your height and weigh 191. I started working out at 19 and weighed around 145-155 lbs back then. Today I'm 35. I've been in the gym 80% of that time and started eating right probably 5 years ago. I'm natural and just started TRT about a year ago ONLY because my TRT levels tanked significantly over the past few years to the point that I needed to be on TRT. My test levels now are nowhere near the "I'm on steroids range" and I'm taking only enough testosterone to be where I should normally be.
Steroids do wonders.. BUT... without the right diet, routine, and rest you'll do more damage than good. Keep in mind 200 lbs is a lot of muscle and you need to have equally balanced tendons and joints. That takes time. Doing a few cycles of steroids aren't gonna get you to 200 lbs at 8%. That's A LOT of work and a lot of eating.
