Last night I did the following at the side of my truck with a 12kg bell I forgot I had and after speaking to Marcus he suggested the following
Lots of stretching as warm up
Front 2 handed raises to fail rest then to fail again
Single arm front raises to fail only got 5 e/s
Side lat raises to fail rest to do opposite side then to fail again
Single arm shoulder press 3 sets all rest and to fail
I ache :-)
