When I got it, got my machine 2 days later with a mask than week later was a follow up sleep study with my new mask. Mine has a humidifier for it.. I went threw 4 masks till I found the right one.. Did a full face, then just a nose. Than a hybrid with my mouth and the nostril plugs and then finally just settled for the nostril one called swift lx I believe

I'm sorry it called the swift fx

I have a hard time cuz I'm a side and stomach sleeper and this one is great..

For me it's a build up effect after a few days I start to feel great overall.. Sometimes I get a thorn up my ass and don't wear it for a few days and I start to get fatigued again..

And no I feel my sleep isn't improved I still wake up numerous times a night, might try and OTC sleeping pill

I always wondered how i sleep, when im asleep. does that make sense? like ive always wanted to record myself and see how many times i rotate and move about and if i snore or not. I think its very important to keep a good sleeping posture.

I'm considering canceling my appointment because I'm not going to sleep with a mask, I'm not going to do any or the surgery so it's pretty much useless I guess except to know for sure if I have sleep apnea and how bad. I would consider one of the mouth guards and I might give one a try but I'm not letting them talk me into $1500 for CPAP or a RX mouth guard for $300+

yes. my O2 levels drop to 78%. this can cause a whole host of problems. I'm thinking my poor short term memory may improve once i sleep better, amongst other things.

I considered the same thing. I wanted nothing to do with the thought of trying to sleep with all those wires and the addition of a mask. Thought about all the potential health risks, and the fact that I am dead tired come noon and went ahead and did it. It wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be. If wearing a mask gives me my energy back and keeps me from having a stroke, then it is all worth it. Go ahead and do it man, it's only one night out of your life.

    Exactly!

of all the crazy things we do and all the crazy things we take to improve quality of life, this one seems simple and has no sides.
