Ok. From what I've been able to find today there is quite a bit of reason to believe that there is something to this no gluten thing. I am going to take this to the next level and devote more time to this subject. Interestingly, one of the things I found was that there are older varieties of wheat that have a drastically lower level of gluten. Also, some baking methods...here's the quote:

"Now research shows us that lacto-fermentation of wheat has the potential to drastically reduce gluten levels. We found three studies along these lines. Our favorite study showed that sourdough bread produced with a particular strain of lacto-bacilli had gluten levels of 12 parts per million – where anything under 20 ppm is considered gluten-free. Bread made with the same wheat but without lacto-fermentation had gluten levels of 75,000 ppm."

It appears that gluten is the big problem. Fortunately, there appears to be ways of minimizing gluten content in wheat to acceptable levels. I am going to learn more about this and I may take up your challenge but with a possible modification of being gluten free instead of wheat free.
THANKS TO YOU, THE ANTI-WHEAT FACTION in this thread for turning me onto knowledge that may increase my quality of life.
Here's the other thing i've observed. In other parts of the world (I'm thinking of Afghanistan), they grow wheat that has evolved naturally (the kind grandpa used to eat), before GM. AND they eat alot of bread! So when I was over there, I'd eat the bread too, (lack of dietary choice for me) and my body was OK with it. I'd eat almost a whole flat bread every day. Come home, eat not nearly as much wheat, and my stomach began to distend. Get off the wheat here, and the distendingwould go away.

JJust another case of anecdotal evidence. As Base would point out, these observations of mine are very subjective, but you know what? It all seems to make sense.

Now, let's just make something clear and official for one last time... You can consume lactose. NO PROBLEM. The argument is whether Milk, for example, can slow down your fat loss efforts. Does this mean you can't cut down body fat with Milk in your diet? Absolutely not, you certainly can. That is not what we're saying here. We're only speaking of the rate at which you would achieve a given goal.
We get that, and ofcourse Milk could slow your cutting of bf just starting with its macros (Milk, Semi-Skimmed 100ml of milk Calories 50.0kcal) compared with taking your protein with for ex. water...
But i`m curiouse to know the precise effects of the insuline spike and growth hormone stoping, in more valid levels...especially at night... Or some God damn seriouse facts!
Let`s wait one more week... :P

And PS: Why the hell can`t i see my profile pic next to my name...?

Omg.. if milk is stopping my rate of growth that would really explain a lot. My last cycle was fantastically good. Gaining over a stone n a half over a 12week period. I was super strict. Only amino acids n creatine. No shakes with milk! Only water no.milk at all. No bread at all. Just a perfectly balanced diet.
After watching program showing recovery levels of muscles increased by as much as 40% in that of ppl drinking milk. To that of drinking mineral/energy type drinks (not the caffeine stacked ones). I thought crap. I should drink.milk suffice to say I now can't break away from my current weight. Damn it.
