    Thanks man, my abs show best in the morning , I look 6% in the first pic but abs I can grab a fistful of fat during the day.. Plus lighting needs to be overhead to pop abs out , in dead sun outside they're barley visible..

    37 this June training since 22 but really locked diet down my last 2 years and wow what a difference.. The gear helps to but even on gear when diet sucked it showed.

    Wow, you look unbelievably dry. That's awesome--this is just from an anavar/test cycle?

    Everyone stores fat differently. It looks like your abs will be the last to come off, but it's going to be epic. Enjoy

    Yeah var at 100 and prop 100 eod.. I started npp with it but decided against it.. I'm very tempted to throw on some tren ace but always worry about my hair!

    Lol so I've gotten extremely tired of cutting and started feeling small. I started a new workout program last week .... DC training and also upped my cals quite a bit..

    Ill try to add a pic I took at gym today, im prolly up 7-8 lbs since last week, mostly water and glycogen in muscle is filling up!

    Thanks bro , now that I've upped cals though my gut is the first thing to swell up in a bad way.., upper always stays dry.

    I'm about 3-4 weeks out before I cruise on 150 for a few months.. Will try and maintain leanness then blast for some growth this fall/winter..

    Actually was pissed off today at the gym, upped my carbs and it's going straight to my abs. Went tanning and looked like a bloated Michelin man. Think I'm going carbs pre workout only then a palumbo style diet the rest of the day.. Then ill have a huge refeed day Sunday.. This always seemed to work best for my body type.

    My upper has always been my strong point! I have great aesthetics in that area, abs don't match until I go severe with low carb, calorie restrictions etc but then I start to lose my upper size, but we all can't have it all!!

    Ill tell you what , I started propecia again and these Ukraine jins I started a few months back seem to be doing wonders for my hair...very excited about this!

    You run propecia all the time or just when cycling? Does propecia negatively affect anything on blood work? Thinking about running propecia along with my upcoming cycle.

    I run it all the time now on and off cycle. I took for 8 years natural but it hampered my sex drive.. Bloods affected my estrogen during those 8 years , it was always sky high.. I eventually came off for 4 years but when cycling started to bring in some thinning I started back full time.. Sex drive is still good but I'm also on year round and TRT in between cycles... Not sure how my estrogen is while back on but I do run AIs now where back then we had none. So far so good and hair seems to be thicker now than when off.

    Well I started a muscle gain cycle 3 weeks ago so my dryness is coming to a end but it's all good!! Was getting tired of dieting and restricted calories for so long so the switch is nice! Although I'm not adding a ton of calories just yet, I'm starting slow and gradually adding to keep fat minimal .
