personally i follow high weight low reps on failing.on last couple sets at max weight, but ive jumped from doing that. To higher reps more failures. Then back to this. Personally and i emphasize personally.this is what works for me. I will do the odd week with much more emphasis on form and full motion which is similar to the phat workout routine. But i.seem.to get more gwtting up to my overload weights fresher than after pre failing on lower weights.
