I normally can't stand that guy but that was f'n hysterical.

His comment "Cardiovascular Endurance" otherwise known as the ability to lose gains, had me cracking up.

I don't really know for fact that they don't use crossfit to train for their competitions, but I've heard from several reasonably credible sources that they don't.
I really hate bumping an old thread, that should probably die anyways due to that lack of actual education and understanding on the subject of many of those who comment in this thread, but I am sorry.....

The above 2 quotes are probably the most ignorant things I haver ever read on this forum.

I'm not one for calling people out nor have I ever done so on this forum, but come on! Honestly just an uneducated statement, that has no place being written, especially on a forum like this, where we all come together as a community that spent years of our lives learning and understanding a world (AAS) that the general public thinks is dangerous and kills you.

All of you who speak the poorly or negatively about crossfit are just as bad as those who speak poorly about AAS. Let me ask all of you something.... When you see the media lash out at Steroids or you read an article that just wreaks of bullsh|t, does it make you mad? Well that's the same thing about crossfit. Are there people out there, that don't do crossfit properly and hurt themselves? YES! Are there people out there that don't use AAS properly and hurt themselves? YES! Are there people out there who teach poor form and bad technique in crossfit? YES! Are there people out there that teach bad cycles and use of AAS? YES!

Honestly, this was the last place I thought I would find a bunch of people who are so closed minded about something and who just judge and make fun of something they know nothing about.... This was the last place I thought I might have to defend my lifestyle and my fitness choices.

A lot of you should really take a step back and evaluate where your opinions come from and how educated they really are and don't join in with all the other bullies because it's easy and funny to make fun of things you don't understand. <----- That's what weak minded people with poor self images do..... don't be like that..... not here.
