You make 158 look way proper - just sayin'
Like I mentioned earlier - keep the diet as dry as possible. All AAs cause bloat - High water intake and a super clean diet helps a ton

Lady-lifter, welcome to the forum, and thank you for joining us!![]()
I'm ordering a test kit just to be safeI know a few people who order from this place that say they've liked the quality of the anavar they got. But still, better safe than sorry!
Thanks for the warm welcome Johnnykirk! I'm excited to learn from everyone here![]()
Very smart. My first batch was definitely no var. I think dBol! Bad ugl
Thanks Samson! I'm embracing the face that size small isn't really an option anymore lol
Yeah - only thing necessary to be small > the waste . Lol
Testing the Var should do. But, I'd still go high end UGL at least. I dunno, I just never trust UGL Var. Well, and a few others things also.
Hello my Friends!
Sorry you haven't heard from me in so long. However, I thought I'd let you know that I did get my var, tested it with success and am so far 2 weeks into my cycle. Prior to starting I was struggling with my workouts and found myself discouraged with the physique I was bringing to my first cycle. The stress of a recent breakup likely caused my cortisol levels to skyrocket and I was retaining water like crazy. Not to mention the fact that I lost motivation to lift regularly for 2 weeks. But once I got my var, I resolved to get back on the horse with a vengeance.
I started at about 155.3lbs and took a few measurements head to toe to compare at the end of my cycle. The first thing that I noticed after starting was that my skin was more oily. This was to be expected so I'm taking extra care to prevent breakouts. I did decide to stay on BC only to help with preventing acne, so I am willing to accept some water weight, or the challenge of trying to keep it under control. I wash my hair every other day anyway, so I don't see a big change in oily hair. But I'd assume that other ladies who are used to going longer between washing may have to switch up their routine.
I am currently using the Candito Linear training program because it fits my work schedule and I like the strength gains I see week to week (even before this cycle). I have still been recovering strength after my irregular lifting pattern during the few weeks prior to starting. But I'm catching up, and have even improved in some areas. My sumo deadlift gained 10lbs with a 245lb max up from 235lbs. My max on bench gained 10lbs from 120lbs to 130lbs. I've been staying light with squats lately, though (140lbs working weight). So my goal is push that back up over 200lbs. Since getting a desk job, I've been struggling with tight hip flexors, specifically my left. Despite stretching before and after lifting as well as on rest days it's still made it difficult to push more weight week to week. So any suggestions on more stretches or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
In addition to lifting I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. I track macros still, but don't have a steep caloric deficit since my goal isn't necessarily to get shredded lean. I'm more interested in gaining strength, gain some muscle size and weight, and maintain some muscular definition. I definitely feel more comfortable with a powerlifter's build. As long as I like the way I look, I don't fear the number on the scale![]()
I'll probably put this in the user experiences part of the forum as well. I just wanted to update you all who were so kind to help me out in the first place!
Forgot to add that I started the first week with 5mg per day and now I'm at 10mg (5mg in the morning and 5mg later in the day)
Lol threads by females always get so much traffic
I subscribed to your thread in members experiences. Excited to follow along!!!
I think it's just cuz there aren't quite as many female posts as male here. Cuz I know even before I joined, I was seeking out as many women's posts as I could!
+ Juiced ladies rock!
Well, to a point
Something like a Candice Armstrong is a tad bit much <tad, is a understatement - lol
Haha no kidding! Her look is definitely not on my list of goals lmao
Sounds like a very successful cycle. Keep up the good work and best of luck.
I'll be following along as well!
The only thing I'll say - Use that breakup as more motivation, it surely helped me during my time... If angry use it in the gym(the mind/muscle connection is very important)... Smash it TGL!!!
Best of luck w/your journey!!!![]()
Thank you for your encouragement!
I will surely use the frustration to my advantage because to say that it's been easy would be a lie lol. But hey, at least the weights are always there!
No it never seems to be easy and life always tries to throw a monkey wrench into the gears. Working past/through those just gives you more pride for completing it.
You're completely right. And at least I have you all to share my successes with!
Be patient with us please. Remember we are mostly just one step above a single cell organism with extra testosterone in our system. Some people (myself included) may say something at one point or another before thinking and could be taking offensively. It's also easy to read txt the wrong way sometimes or not seeing the sarcasm.
Welcome and we look forward to you sharing experiences.
Haha good perspectiveI'm a patient girl. One day I'll have my own testosterone filled goof ball. For now, the weights are just as happy to see me as I am to see them
I'm happy to be part of this community!
Thats agreat attitude to have towards it long may it continue and best of luck with the gains remember doing something is better than doing nothing on the day you cba :-)Originally Posted by thisgirllifts

Thanks for the positivity! And I'm rather excited that I'm up to 160lbs so far on the scale at 3 weeks in with lifts that I've been improving on each week![]()
