    Wise decision, and its always possible to convey your tone, meaning etc via text. How else do authors sell books?

    Just make sure to have any treatments covered ahead of time. Do not agree to anything until you have checked with your insurance company first and have something on paper.

    I've worked in patient billings in a Canadian hospital for 5+ years. When Americans, or people from any country come to Canada for treatment, those who assumed coverage without a guarantee of payment from their insurance companies always get screwed. American insurance companies are the worst for that.
