Just got in from a back/bi workout. I did a half dose. It felt like I had drank a large Red Bull. Had a really good pump going. I keep an online log elsewhere and I definitely did more than last workout in both reps and weight, although I have been making really good gains every week since I've been back to the gym (this is the start of week 6 after 5 years off) as I am in the muscle memory phase.
As of right now, I would say that I don't feel as drained as I have from previous back workouts, which is nice since lately I've come home from workouts and felt dead. We'll see later tonight once the caffeine wears off.

Tried:
Dr. Jekyll - I liked it. Tasted good. Great pumps and endurance
Arnold Iron Pump - Did not like it. Taste bad, kind of gave me headache and didn't feel a pump.
White Flood by Controlled Labs - Liked it. Taste good. Good pumps.
Cellucor NO-Extreme - Like it. Taste good. Ok pump but great endurance and vascularity. Taking it while I'm cutting now.
I've also tried just taking random separate ingredients but that usually gave me headaches, not to mention tasted horrible going down. I would take, beta alanine, arginine, citrulline malate, and other stuff. Not recommended.
