I haven't started his cycle yet, I'm probably going to wait till around 25th august - 2nd September. I'm not happy with current body fat to run cycle yet.
When I do, if i do, its
1-15 test E 500 per week
6-15 Mast E 400 per week
And I'm going to run test base @ 50mg 4x per week, on shoulder, back, chest and leg day, Starting @ week 6 - 15
Adex eod @ .25mg
Hcg 2x week @ 250 iu
I may start test base later Nd use it for 1 week during washout for test E so pct transition is less dead.
Imma have to cop a third bottle

Also, recent bloods show my natty test is at 589 which is a plus, because Feb 2016 pre cycle it was 346
I finished pct in Jan 2017, I think the Clomid and nolva spiked my natty production to,a more acceptable normal range.

I'm very comfortable at my body weight of 130- 135.
I plan on,ending at 155 by end of comp.
@ 135 I easily go over double body weight on bench press, more like double and a quarter.
How many in,this comp can say that?
I pride myself on a good strength to weight ratio.
I will say this. The scale won't move much for me,but it will sure look like it is...

125 hanging knee raises
3 sets of Ez bar "21's"
5 sets hammer preacher
5 sets single hand triceps extensions
5 sets seated leaf press
5 sets leg extension
5 sets leg curls
Then before bed 20 minutes of exersise bike with arms only

At end of last cycle I got 310.
Right now I'm good for 290

I have 325 in my sites this cycle.
Before my first and only cycle I was hardly getting 265-270.
I managed to up that lift by 40lbs on the jews , and kept 20-25lbs of that increase

It seems you have the right proportions to do well at benching, thats very good weight. I have long arms for my height and do well in deadlifts.
My off cycle bests are 120kg (264lbs) bench, 210kg (462lbs) deads for 4 reps, 152,5kg (335lbs) paused squats (pausing at absolute bottom).
My on cycle bests are 130kg (286) bench, 230kg (506) deads for 4 OR 210kg (462) for 10 whichever is best, and 150kg (330) parallel squat for 12 reps.
Yeahbuddy easily has the best arms but that's one BP - they look good from the back DB flex especially - I hope they grow at least an inch a piece if you've got it in you![]()
