I'm very comfortable at my body weight of 130- 135.
I plan on,ending at 155 by end of comp.
@ 135 I easily go over double body weight on bench press, more like double and a quarter.
How many in,this comp can say that?
I pride myself on a good strength to weight ratio.
I will say this. The scale won't move much for me,but it will sure look like it is...
TODAY
200 dips
125 hanging knee raises
3 sets of Ez bar "21's"
5 sets hammer preacher
5 sets single hand triceps extensions
5 sets seated leaf press
5 sets leg extension
5 sets leg curls
Then before bed 20 minutes of exersise bike with arms only

At end of last cycle I got 310.
Right now I'm good for 290
Easy double, double and a quarter was my shit talking
I have 325 in my sites this cycle.
Before my first and only cycle I was hardly getting 265-270.
I managed to up that lift by 40lbs on the jews , and kept 20-25lbs of that increase

Are you pulling with your back like DY - or legs and hammies with correct form - both work very well gotta find your comfort zone - pinch those shoulder blades back chest high & lock your tris out b4 even atempting the lift!

Yeahbuddy easily has the best arms but that's one BP - they look good from the back DB flex especially - I hope they grow at least an inch a piece if you've got it in you![]()

I'm using this comp. as my crutch to stay on track.

I'm running tren a for the first time. Can't wait to see how I respond to it. Going to use a smaller dose- 150mg/wk and going to run maybe 300-400mg of test e.
As for diet, a lot of chicken, fish, eggs, egg whites, oats, rice, peanut butter... and maybe the occasional cheat meal 1-2 times a week.

It seems you have the right proportions to do well at benching, thats very good weight. I have long arms for my height and do well in deadlifts.
My off cycle bests are 120kg (264lbs) bench, 210kg (462lbs) deads for 4 reps, 152,5kg (335lbs) paused squats (pausing at absolute bottom).
My on cycle bests are 130kg (286) bench, 230kg (506) deads for 4 OR 210kg (462) for 10 whichever is best, and 150kg (330) parallel squat for 12 reps.
Believe me I'd love to but that zero hard feelings towards anyone - really Your all gonna make your mark believe that!!!

I include 5 sets of hwavy DB flat, and 3 sets of heavy declines into every session. Even "rest days" get 3 sets of each. I think there is no better chest development exersise than the DB bench and decline.
Flat barbell bench is just a measure of technique, imho, not much in the way of all chest. Its like 40% chest and the rest back and technique

There's a Asian kid at 154 lbs on you tube who is up to 410 flat with a nice pause
