I’ve certainly been seeing pretty rapid strength and endurance increases over the past twelve weeks or so. I think after I finish up my current block of training in about eight weeks, I’ll run a deload week and follow that up with some true 1RM testing to see where I stand.
All of the amrap sets and calculations in the world don’t compare to just taking a bar, loading it the fuck up, sacking up, and seeing just what one can do.
