    Micronutrients are just as, if not more important than Macros. Fitness industry has completely skewed what proper nutrition is for bodybuilding.

    Genetics aside, most people will never cap out on their potential because they don't understand the role of each nutrient in the body. 4100mg or Potassium is the RDA for example which is never going to happen if you're chasing protein carbs and fats. No potassium = no potassium pump = shit glycogen conversion.

    Very true! Not sure if this is a reference to my diet but I do take an array of micro nutrients with each meal such as potassium/l-lycene/vit-c/gaba/niacimide/oils/calcium/magnesium/zinc/vit D etc.
