my wife is not home right now. she left to go to a couple appointments to show my gym to perspective members. after that she needs to run some errands and pick me up some steak (I'm tired of f'ing turkey).. she could probably easily bang more then one guy as she's out and about. so what. There's a limit to how big you can insert through the armpit. It's also more challenging for the doctor since they have reduced visibility of the cut pocket. The scar is also visible in normal sleeveless tops.
Under breast or around areola are by far the most common insertion options.
